Dear Bernadette

The class of 1958 medicine had a class reunion in Vancouver on the 3rd of August 2001. This was preceded by an informal dinner hosted by the organizing committee, an overnight trip to Mount Whistler, a cruise and lunch on a boat in the harbour.

The reunion dinner was attended by 41 classmates and spouses. Our former teachers, Dr. & Mrs. Joseph Pan and Dr. Kong Hoi Kit & Mrs. Kong also joined us.

The very next day, 35 classmates, families and friends went on an Alaskan Cruise for 1 week.

All in all, everybody really enjoyed themselves and proposed that we should have this happy reunion more often.

I attach herewith the class reunion group photo. Perhaps you like to print this news and photo in your next edition of your newsletter.

Kind regards.

Dr. David Mok

Dear Bernadette

Thanks for your prompt reply. Please feel free to surf our web site http://class58.20m.com for more pictures and info. Some of them quite fun and revealing.

There is one piece of information we need you to find out for us so that we can put it on our web site. Eight years ago, during our 35th year reunion, we donated 20 gold medals"Stephen Chang Gold Medal" to
the Medical Faculty to be given to the worthy candidates of our Ph.D. in medical research. We would like to know about the winners in the past, and would be even happier if the faculty keep us informed on the future winners. We might even top up the medals when they have run out!

Regards.
